Great song concept and simple lyrics with meaning and depth. The current recording as it is needs a little more polished vocal recording something in a professional studio environment without the echo would be a huge plus. The lyrics as written are a little out place meaning that they don't match what's being heard...you may want to go back and check those again.
I have a few more thoughts that I'd love to share with you if you're open to talking about them via email or chat. I definitely think the song has great potential and would love to hear a few revised versions as you hash it out.
